For a tool problem

Tell us the page URL, device/browser, the button you pressed and the error text. A screenshot with fictional names helps reproduce an issue. For a workbook import problem, start with the sheet name and column headers. Do not send an entire student register merely to explain a formatting problem.

For printing or photo preparation

Give your school name, approximate quantity, required card/photo format and delivery location. Ask for a sample and confirm the specification before production. Student photos, spellings and class/roll details must be checked by the school.

For pension or higher-grade service

Ask whether case submission and approved PDF service are available before sending documents or paying. The present online admin connection is pending; a displayed estimate or payment label is not proof that a case can be submitted.

For correction or deletion

Email the relevant school/account and the type of information you want corrected or removed. Start with the minimum details needed to identify the request. Do not put student data, PF numbers, private case links, secret keys or passwords in public comments. Support may need to verify the request before acting.
