Schools and authorized users can use this page to request deletion of their School ID Card login access and associated data.

To identify the correct school account, please provide the same school name and registered mobile number used for School Login.

Submit a deletion request

Submitting this form opens the official School ID Card WhatsApp support chat with your deletion request. Please send the prepared message to complete the request.

Data that may be deleted

School login/access record and approved login token.
School profile information provided through the service.
Student records and uploaded student photos associated with the school, when deletion of associated data is requested and verified.
Uploaded school logo and principal signature associated with the school, when applicable.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate record-keeping requirements. Any retained information will not be kept longer than necessary for those purposes.

Verification

For security, a deletion request may be verified against the registered school details before data is deleted. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of school or student information.
